The place was reasonably clean with a hard-working staff. I got apartment for 6 nights, truly enjoyed it. The location was unbeatable anywhere near a fast food outlet. Had tea and goodies at Porky's Restaurant Cafe, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

Particularly good and fantastic location, not too far from vrissiana Public Beach. Walking distance to the bus stop, 5 mins. Big bed in standard twin room with a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The English breakfast with gorgeous food, very convenient restaurant.

Overall clean hotel in a very good building very close to the center of Protara as well as cyprus for 10 years. Airy, modern rooms, lovely swimming pools. Satisfactory breakfast, nice food. Incredible and particularly good location close to Magic Dancing Waters. Also, anywhere near a fast food outlet.

Nice location, within short walking distance of everywhere. Great weekend in this particularly good area. Very nice restaurant for a lovely meal.

The staff were all hard-working, and the room was airy with walk in shower.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, you should know it. The particularly good location was a couple of blocks away from Protaras Beach.

The location was unbeatable and nice for exploring this particularly good area, short walk to the center of Protara, very good location 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the tourist area and the sea. Plus, the hotel was situated a 10-15 minute walk from Yianna Marie Beach.

The location is exceptionally nice, 10 minutes' walk to Yianna Marie Beach. The bus stop is 100 metres away. Hard-working and genuinely helpful staff, they know their business. The rooms are large and airy, provided with with TV and the wardrobe.

The room rates are very reasonable, especially considering the prime location right in the heart of Protaras. The hotel recently underwent a renovation, so everything feels fresh and modern. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the sunshine. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast included in the rate is a great perk, with a good variety of options to choose from.

No complaints, everything was great!

The beds were very comfortable, the pool complex was very clean and in order. Nice service at breakfast, a lot of choice, British oriented with unfortunately bad coffee.

Our room was facing the street with a view of the MCDonalds logo. In the night extremely loud, because some bars offer karaoke etc. until the early morning hours, without earplugs was despite closed window nothing to want with sleeping.

Being in Protaras centre (close to restaurants, pubs, shops, etc..), close to the bus stop, and 5 min walk from the beach, the location is excellent. Protaras has a beautiful beach, very well serviced: sunbeds and umbrellas (2.50 euro each in Summer 2011) provided by the city administration and plenty of kiosks, bars, coffee shops, etc. Breakfast is good. There is free wi-fi in the reception hall. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Overall I had an excellent holiday over there and I surely recommend it.

My bedroom cleanliness was acceptable, but not perfect. Eg. the window glass badly needed a good wash, as well as one or two items in the bedroom. Overall, the hotel is quite old looking, even if I didn't find a single thing which wasn't working properly. It was a bit noisy in the morning, especially if I wanted to sleep beyond 9am. For the same reason, breakfast closing at 9:30 was slightly challenging for me...

gorgeous food, marvellous location close to protaras centre. also - just next door to various bars which play music until the early hours as well as ayia napa.

So glad that wheelchair accessible room with the bathroom, tea, for instance I booked was available. Unbeatable location, I was close to the beach. The staffs were really helpful and the service was excellent.

Comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Nice breakfast and coffee. Large swimming pool. Excellent location and friendly staff. Fun restaurant by the pool with great food and cold drinks. Conveniently close to the beach. Enjoyable stay!
